Refund & Rescheduling Policy
At TAP Solutions, we understand that schedules can change. To ensure fairness and proper class planning, our refund and rescheduling policy is as follows:
Refunds:
Full refunds are available up to 30 days prior to the scheduled course date.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing via email to mike@tapsolutionsusa.com before the 30-day cutoff.
Rescheduling Credit:
No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the class date.
However, you will receive full credit toward a future class of equal value.
Credits must be used within 6 months of the original class date.
No-Shows:
Failure to attend a class without prior notice will result in forfeiture of your payment.
